Returns
New Classics Studios will happily accept unwashed, unaltered and unworn full-price merchandise with original tags attached for a full refund. If you live within Canada, the merchandise must be received within 20 business days from the date that the shipment was received. If you live outside Canada, the merchandise must be received within 30 business days from the date that the shipment was received.
Please note that we do not accept returns for fragrances (unless there is a problem with the manufacture).
ALL discounted items over 50% off are final sale. Any discounted items under 50% off can only be returned in exchange for store credit or will be charged a 15% restocking fee if a refund is preferred. 

Free Canada Returns
Please e-mail info@newclassics.ca with your order number, items to return, and reason for return to alert us that your return is on its way. Once we have confirmed your return, we will send you a complimentary shipping label to affix onto the package (we recommend using the same packaging we sent your goods in). Please note that if there was a mistake on the part of New Classics Studios or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, the client will be reimbursed for the return shipping charges.
Once we receive the package, your refund will be promptly issued. The refund will be credited to the same credit card or Paypal account used to make the original purchase. Please allow 10 business days to ensure that your refund is credited. You will be notified by e-mail when your return package is received and your refund has been processed.

How to Process International Returns
For customers in the USA and everywhere else that isn't Canada. Please e-mail info@newclassics.ca with your order number, items to return, and reason for return to alert us that your return is on its way. All international clients are responsible for return shipping charges and should affix a label with a tracking number to the package, seal it and send it to the address provided to you! Feel free to reuse the package we sent to you. If you use a a return label that does not have a tracking number, we cannot guarantee a refund if your return is lost. Please note that if there was a mistake on the part of New Classics Studios or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, the client will be reimbursed for the return shipping charges.

Returning Dropshipping Items
Please note that dropshipping brands have different return policies. See below for their respective return policies.
MINNOJI - Refunds or exchanges will be accepted for unworn items up to 14 days of receiving your package. Returns and exchanges must be unworn, undamaged and MUST have the Minnoji return tag attached to its original place on the garment.
To proceed with returning a dropshipping item, please e-mail info@newclassics.ca with your order number, items to return, and reason for return to alert us that your return is on its way. We will then send you an e-mail with how to proceed with your return.

Defects
If there are any physical defects with your purchase, please e-mail us at info@newclassics.ca within one week of receiving the item. Please include your order number, a description of the defect, and a photo.
